I am a NUTRITION-FOCUSED coach. This is because 80% of your results will come directly from what you eat. I have found that when you start eating well and feeling better, you are much more likely to feel motivated to want to move your body too! So if you're on the fence about whether or not you are ready to jump in with a workout program too, don't worry! We can totally build up to that, but let's start by getting you comfortable with nutrition.

As a part of your package, you will receive two fully comprehensive nutrition programs to choose from:

We will work together to find out which one is right for you and then I will provide optional weekly meals plans to align with your chosen plan (it even comes with grocery lists!) This is in addition to the hundreds of incredible plan-approved recipes that you'll have access to! For this month only, you'll also gain a 30 day recipe guide full of high protein breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks including more grocery lists and extra resources that will teach you how to source the healthiest proteins! You're going to feel so much more empowered on your journey and I can't wait to share what I have in store for you.
You will also gain access to hundreds of workout programs on the BODi platform. When you are ready to start moving, we will discuss which program to start with based on your goals and what type of movement you like! In my first 21 days I lost 12 pounds simply by following my nutrition program and moving my body for 30 minutes a day. As I said, you're in complete control of your journey but I will empower you with the tools to be successful and see results.
